Whole30 Day 15

I didn’t take any food pictures yesterday. Ooops.

I slept great again, straight through from 9-5:45.

Breakfast was ground beef, eggs and sweet potato.

Then we picked up our new bed.

Ran just under 2 miles at recovery pace.

Lunch was chicken and something else?

Dinner was chocolate chili. Yum.

Had another good night of sleep heading into Day 16.
